I am a bonsai enthusiast and a member of several local bonsai clubs.
Being fairly new to bonsai I have studied with two teachers over the past several
years and attend workshops. Having studied ceramics in college, bonsai led
me to become a serious. I live and work in the greater Los Angeles area.
Prior to working with bonsai and bonsai pottery I studied art and design
at the University of Southern California and Claremont Graduate University.
This lead to a career in teaching sculpture, design, woodworking and
drawing.
Today I work independently making bonsai pottery at the
Xiem Clay Center in Pasadena, CA.
Through
this process I continue to learn more about both bonsai and pottery making.
